Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser so it can remember something between page views. Most sites you visit, including ours, rely on a handful of them to work smoothly.
We keep our cookie use light. A required cookie holds your session while the request form is open, and an anonymous measurement cookie tells us roughly how many people visit each page so we can improve the site.
| Name | Purpose | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| afx_session | Strictly necessary — keeps the contact form working during your visit | Session |
| afx_measure | Anonymous page-count so we can see which services people look for | 12 months |
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings menu. If you switch off the strictly necessary cookie, the request form may not submit correctly, but you can still call us to book a visit.
To read how we look after the details you send us, see our Privacy Policy.
